Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand life is busy. We value your time, and in return, hope that you value ours. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours of notice. Failure to give notice of a cancelation or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment, will result in you being charged for 75% of your booked service.

No Show Policy

If you decide not to show for your appointment and no notice of cancel/reschedule was given, you will be charged for 100% of your booked service.

Child Policy

Due to safety concerns and limited space, we kindly ask that you do not bring your children to your appointment. If you are unable to find care for your child, we ask that you reschedule your appointment, giving us 48 hours notice to avoid rescheduling fees. This policy is set to ensure that you and other guests have the relaxing and luxury experience that Wilde Willow aims to achieve.
